Divide up your body:
To bring in a change in your routine and to make your bear with it you can divide your workout by body parts. For example, Monday can be for lower body part, Tuesday lower body part and Wednesday for core, abdominals and lower back.
Change your time:
Changing time is also effective. If you normally exercise in the mornings then switch to evening or afternoons. You may find you have more energy and it also helps to work off the day’s stress and you eat a healthier dinner and even sleep better.
